The kitchen was transformed into a welcoming and functional space that marries old-world charm with contemporary convenience to highlight the space’s natural beauty. In this historic renovation, the kitchen was reimagined as a vibrant and inviting space where timeless charm meets modern efficiency. We began by opening the kitchen to the rest of the living/dining area and installing updated engineered hardwood floors to create cohesion throughout the main floor. The historic-inspired cabinetry complimented by the tile work and countertops blends seamlessly for a kitchen equipped for contemporary culinary needs.

Functionality meets charm in the redesigned mudroom where we retained the original architectural details and added custom-built storage solutions, including bench seating and cubbies, to help organize everyday essentials. Using vintage-inspired hooks and cabinetry enhances the room’s historic appeal while ensuring the space remains highly functional for modern living.

The bathrooms underwent a stylish update that respects its historic roots while incorporating modern amenities. Both rooms feature elegant modern updates that echo the home’s classic design.
