After the proposal has been accepted, we will then review your design ideas and requirements. With consideration of all interior design opportunities and budget, we create a preliminary concept and vision for your space.

This is when we transform all the unique ideas into a well executed design plan. We will present you with all of the design selections and details to give you the overall vision of your project. 

After the design has been loved and approved we will provide you with a design package that will move you into the next phase of your project – the construction phase. This package will include floor plans and layouts, millwork details and drawings, lighting layout and fixtures, plumbing selection, materials and finishes specification documents, and an outlined budget.  

We closely follow the procurement process and make sure the quality of the built space matches the quality of the designed space. If you are not already working with a contractor, we are more than happy to recommend qualified trades that best fit your project goals. We will be the mediators between you and your General Contractor, ready to do site visits and answer any questions that may come up.
